Terms of Service

MabelAI is currently in private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, data may occasionally be lost due to bugs, and we make no uptime guarantees during this period. We'll do our best to keep things stable and to tell you about major changes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use MabelAI. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You keep ownership of the tasks, appointments, and messages you create in MabelAI ("Your Content"). By using MabelAI, you give us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content — including sending relevant parts of it to our AI provider, Google's Gemini API — solely to operate and improve MabelAI. We don't sell Your Content, and we don't use it to train models beyond what's needed to generate your own responses.

MabelAI uses AI to interpret your requests and manage your schedule. AI responses can be wrong, incomplete, or misunderstand what you meant — always double check anything time-sensitive or important, like an appointment time or a deadline, before relying on it. MabelAI is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise), and it isn't a safety-critical or emergency system — don't rely on it for anything where a missed or wrong reminder could cause serious harm.

Don't use MabelAI to:

• Break the law, or ask MabelAI to help you do so.
• Try to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Upload content that's abusive, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

MabelAI is currently free to use during the beta. If we introduce paid subscription plans, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you before you're charged, and payment will be processed by a third-party payment provider — we don't store your full card details ourselves.

If you choose to connect Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, you authorize MabelAI to access the calendar data needed to keep your schedule in sync. You can disconnect at any time in Account settings.

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Other → Delete Account — this permanently removes your data and can't be undone. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service.

MabelAI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, xender LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MabelAI, including missed appointments, lost data, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to MabelAI is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose — which, during the free beta, is $0.

We may update these Terms as MabelAI evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
